RC Area Competitions 2010

As you all know B&DRC are keen to take teams to regional qualifiers and have also qualified for Championships in recent years. The cost of sending teams has been continually rising and unfortunately it is becoming more difficult to balance the books. However it is with regret that from 2009 the club will only be able to cover the preliminary entries. The cost of the competition will fall to the rider. The club hopes that this will not deter members from entering and look forward to seeing a great turn out again in 2009. Please remember that qualification at a regional event will mean travelling to Championships.

Novice Indoor SJ - 1st round 2ft6; 2nd round 2ft9; jump off 3ft

Winter Dressage - teams of 4 - 2 x Preliminary BD tests; 2 x Novice BD tests
Hunter Trials - Novice 1.00m; Open 1.10m

Outdoor SJ - Novice 80cm; Intermediate 95cm; Open 1.10m. Style Jumping is a separate class which is marked a bit like dressage, taking into account the style of horse and rider, and the height of the jumps is 85cm.
Horse Trials - Novice 90cm; Intermediate 1.05m; Open 1.10m
Novice Dressage - Preliminary BD tests, BRC Riding tests and BRC Pairs Test
Open Dressage - Novice, Elementary and Medium
