Stunning 17h bay roan/dun snowcap 9 year old medium weight appaloosa gelding by Dance with Wolves out of Cockeroost Shalimar (Almuntanabbi) fully registered BApS and ApHC.

“River” retains the excellent movement, good conformation and temperament of his sire. He has excellent self-carriage and a willing attitude to work. He has been brought on slowly and sympathetically and is currently schooling well, showing good lateral movement and correct paces. Will go affiliated and make advanced level minimum.
He is a real sweetheart and a pleasure to do in all ways, 100% in traffic and to clip, box, shoe etc. This is a very sad sale due to family commitments but “River” is happiest in work and owner can no longer commit the time that his potential deserves.

Rider Wanted

Could you please ask the members if anyone knows of someone who might like to ride Jennie's older 15.1hhmare until we are able to sell her.  She is 11 years old and what I would call a typical teenager's fun horse, i.e she does like to play occassionally but I would stress she is not unsafe in any way.  I am having a problem at the moment, we have greatly reduced the number of horses at home to 2 and she will not stay at home alone even if I just go out for hack.  The rider could take her to rallies or events if they so wish.

Part Sharer Wanted for 16h2 Mare

Can you help? Are you looking for a horse to ride, but don’t necessarily have the time or the money to commit to have your own?

Mo is 16hh2”, Dutch WB X TB, 19 years young and is very kind natured, although she is not a novice ride as she can be a little spooky. She is far too well and fit to retire yet, and still has plenty to give. Unfortunately she just isn’t going to help me do what I really want to do which is BE Eventing and at 19 I think that’s fine! She is great to hack, either on her own or in company and still enjoys going to local party’s show jumping, dressage and xc.

I have a new horse which now takes most of my time and money. Mo is on DIY livery with a ‘part sharer’ already in place. We are now looking for someone who can commit to 3 days per week to look after and ride her. The cost will be £35per week. This includes all stabling, turnout, bedding, feed, insurance, shoeing, use of facilities etc.

I am more than happy for the right person to bring Mo with me in the lorry to rallies, shows, fun rides, beach rides etc. She is stabled near Cam, with excellent facilities (floodlit school, SJ paddock, XC course) and great hacking through Stinchcombe Woods to the golf course.

Depserately looking for riding in the local area, i am an experienced keen and confident  20yo rider who is used to owning, however i have just moved into my first house in Wotton - u - Edge with my partner and as i am young i cannot afford to own both a house and a horse! I have worked and competed in Showing, Up to County level, including riding club, pony club, qualified for area and national championships in pony club. I have worked with racehorses and hunters in the local area, hunted with Berkeley and also competed hunters in the summer. I also tryed polo in cirencester last season, working for a medium goaler but found it wasnt for me. I have also done some intro and Pre novice eventing and have BHS 1 & 2 and My PTT.
